Maloof Comes to NYC
Rumor has it that the Maloof Money Cup could be hosting its contest in NYC this year. According to the Skateboard Mag, Steve Rodriguez, the east coast skate savior has been in contact with the Maloofs to discuss details. In addition, the park is supposed to be kept, meaning that NYC could gain an amazing skate plaza permanently. This actually makes sense as oppose to tearing it down, which still boggles my mind every minute of the day. Tearing down a skatepark after it is build for a contest does not make the contest any more epic. Anyway…
According to expert sources (slap boards), many people speculate the park to be built in an area such as Queens. Lets wait and see...
