Interstate would like to congratulate Positiv Pro and Baltimore homie, Rodney Jones on the birth of his daughter Tinsly Jones. Tinsly arrived Monday morning at 5:56 am weighing 7lb 5oz and is the first child born to Rodneck and his wife Jenny.
