Sheckler to share spotlight with Chaz Ortiz
Sheckler will have some competition in the spot light this year. A new younger talent will be swooned over by AST and new partner MVT(Viacom). A quiet humble talent will beat out a lot of guys twice his age and half as good as he. Just prior to being thrust out on a national stage at last years Orlando Finals, I found Chaz watching the Vert skaters pratice and pulled him aside for a quick word. Chaz is scheduled to give a more formal Q and A Thursday. Fellow skater and Baltimore native Mathieu (Gumby) Therres will join him for a press conference held by AST. Interstate will be there to cover it and ask Chaz about his AM/Pro plans and question him about any prize money he may win. See the post Chaz Ortiz Wild Card for more Info.
