Focus Mag's Rise and Shine Philly Premier
Last night I drove from Baltimore up to the city of brotherly love to show some love. Focus Magazine debut their first DVD "Rise and Shine" in Philly. Considered by most to be the center of core street skating Philly got its due. Focus continues its mission statment to celebrate east coast skate boarding in its expanded format.
Filmed entirly on the east coast, it features the skating of Tom Asta, Kyle Frederick, Drew Windon, Zack Funk, Austin Kanfoush, Bill Sands, and Kyle Nicholson. It also has montages from Florida, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, New York, Philly, and the NJ/Red Bull Tour.
After a stop on South Street for a cheesesteak it was back to B-more for an early rise and shine.
