Habitat Skateboards:Inhabitants
Well this is the new habitat video and ive been anticapating this video for awile and its definitly the best video ive seen so far this year.After the intro alone you know the video is gonna be good and also its a habitat video,anything these guys put out is always good.Since there last video(MOSAIC) the team has added some new guys,lost a few(Wenning),but still has one of the most solid teams in skateboarding today.
Silas Baxter Neal opens it up with an amazing debut part.Everything from his crazy wallrides,his backside noseblunt on the pyramid ledges in NYC,crooks up to bs tail down a ledge,or his cab to back lip on a famous Texas rail,hes just got it.Danny Garcia comes through with a really good part and a really good song.He is soo tech but makes it look so easy and soo smooth.His switch flips are soo good and he does a really good nose manny up nollie flip manny down on a sick spot.
Fred Gall starts off his part by blowing up a world of shit-watch to see.Hes the OG habitat rider and he still kills it.Skates to black sabbath and skates some of the sickest spots.His part is an instant classic like all of his others.Guru Khalsa has soo much skill.Fakie bs tails a really tight spot,nollie crooks a known rail in the ATL,and ends it with a switch bs 180 into a ditch that he previously kickfliped-well done.Austyn Gillette is one of the newest habitat riders and hes a great addition to the team.
He just flows and does great lines.hes got a great bs flip and he does a switch biggie down a very popular triple.Tim O Connor and Ed Selego share a part and they both kill it.Tim does tricks that noone else does really good.Hes exciting to watch and he really stepped it up in this part.Cab flip over a new jersey hip and check his fs air-WOW.
Ed skates powerful and stylish.He does a straight up nollie over a bump to rail,really good selection of tricks and his fs 180 fakie 5-0 at the end is amazing.Steve Durante has one of my favorite parts.Hes skates like wenning and does some pretty amazing tricks on a skateboard.Switch heel blunt in a line,switch bs lip fs 270 out,great pop out tricks,and his switch fs heel at the end is crazy.
Kerry Getz starts it off with some sick mini ramp skating and then starts his regular part which is not a dissapointment at all.Kerrys always been good and he always steps it up with his really quick lines,doubles flips,a really good 360 flip over a bump to rail and his line in the end is really crazy.Raymond Mollinar is good and everyone knows it.Switch crooks fakie flip pop over-WHAT.And his fakie fs nose switch bs flip out is perfect.He does alot of hard tricks and makes them look easy.
Finally its Stefan Janoski's part and he deserves last part without a doubt.Love his style and his song is really good for his part.Hes so casual and so tech and sometimes seems too good.He does a 360 flip on a really steep bank,switch flip gap to bs lip,switch heel bs wallride,fakie tre flip back lip in a line.Everything he does is good and hes definitly in my top 10 skaters of all time.
This video is amazing and i would suggest to anyone to go out and get it as soon as you can because its the best video of 2007 so far(i havent seen static 3 or fully flarred yet).GOOD JOB HABITAT
